Gazzaoui management team came together for a vibrant 3-day workshop at Terrebrune, Faqra. The retreat was all about reviewing our portfolio, aligning on strategy, and setting the stage for the future.

Our CEO, John Fawaz, kicked things off with an inspiring talk that laid out Gazzaoui’s long-term vision. He highlighted our commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, and encouraged everyone to work together toward our shared goals.

The workshop brought together leaders from across our markets:

• Marc Charabati (Lebanon) gave a deep dive into UPS systems and Ledvance solutions, focusing on growth opportunities in Lebanon.
• Maher El Jamal (Qatar) walked us through key trends in the Oil & Gas sector, and how Gazzaoui is positioning itself in the region.
• Our Product Directors led focused sessions to share what’s new and what’s next:
  • Samir Fayad on our Electrical portfolio
  • Mahmoud Khaywa on Mechanical systems
  • Tony Khoury on System & Automation, showing how smart solutions are shaping the future
• Our Marketing Director, Ranya Ghanem, hosted an interactive session on BTicino’s “Living Now” and “Light Now” product lines — a sneak peek into how we’re bringing our marketing strategy to life.

We also heard from amazing guest speakers who shared exciting product possibilities for Gazzaoui:
