Purpose of Job

Drives sales growth by expanding the client portfolio, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving assigned revenue, collection, and market development targets.

Responsibilities

A. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conducts regular field visits to identify new projects and uncover business opportunities.
  • Promotes the company’s image by demonstrating professionalism, technical competence, and reliability.
  • Builds and maintains structured customer profiles including project history, pipeline opportunities, and revenue potential.
  • Addresses client inquiries promptly and resolves issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

B. Sales & Business Development

  • Identifies, pursues, and secures new clients, projects, and revenue streams within assigned sectors.
  • Prepares and follows up on quotations in coordination with technical and sales support teams.
  • Negotiates commercial terms within approved pricing and discount policies.
  • Coordinates with internal departments to confirm stock availability, delivery schedules, and project timelines.
  • Generates and submits sales orders while ensuring required approvals are obtained.
  • Monitors account opening processes and ensures compliance with credit policies.

C. Targets, Collections & Reporting

  • Achieves assigned sales targets in terms of revenue, volume, and product mix.
  • Monitors customer balances and actively follows up on collections to ensure timely payments.
  • Contributes to sales forecasting by updating pipeline data and reporting market intelligence.
  • Provides management with insights on customer behavior, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

D. After-Sales Support

  • Coordinates project kick-off activities when required.
  • Supports the resolution of product claims and site-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Strengthens customer loyalty by ensuring consistent follow-up and service quality.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus

Job Experience

3–5  years of experience in sales, preferably in technical, industrial, or project-based environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
