Purpose of Job
Supports the achievement of unit sales targets, collection objectives, and market growth while providing technical assistance to customers.
Responsibilities
A. Customer / Supplier Relations Management
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers via regular visits to present the company’s product range.
• Creates a knowledge base on existing customers, highlighting profiles, share, value opportunities, etc.
B. Pumps Sales
• Prepares quotations based on customer specifications, applying company pricing and discount policies set by senior management under the supervision of the BUH.
• Coordinates with Sales Executives for final formatting and submission of quotations.
• Negotiates quotations within approved pricing limits and seeks guidance from the BUH when necessary.
• Verifies stock availability of quoted items, enquires on lead times, and informs customers of delivery terms in case of running projects.
• Prepares technical submittals in coordination with the line Manager (when deemed necessary), follows up and reviews them as necessary until the obtainment of consultants’ approval and completion of the sale.
• Provides technical support as needed and assists customers in calculating the appropriate sizing for their pump systems.
• Prepares sales orders and submits them to BUH for final approval.
• Follows up on customer issues and complaints to ensure proper resolution.
C. After Sales
• Coordinates with maintenance and technical support teams to address defective item claims and technical assistance requests.
• Conducts client site visits to support customers.
D. Market Feedback and reporting:
• Provides market feedback on customer needs, satisfaction, pricing, competition, and new product potential management through regular reports as requested.

Job Experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in technical sales.
