Purpose of Job

Supports the Systems Unit by preparing accurate technical and commercial offers, coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM/SAP data integrity, and ensuring compliance with ISO documentation standards.

Responsibilities

A. New Customer Development

  • Identifies and qualifies potential customers and new market segments.
  • Supports the sales team in expanding and diversifying the customer base.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Tracks and follows up on leads to convert opportunities into active projects.
  • Maintains and updates a structured database of prospects and target accounts.

B. Technical & Commercial Support

  • Prepares detailed technical and commercial offers aligned with customer specifications.
  • Assists in product selection and proposes optimized technical solutions.
  • Responds to customer technical inquiries and provides clarifications.
  • Ensures timely submission of offers and compliance with tender requirements.

C. Market Development

  • Analyzes market trends and monitors competitor activities.
  • Identifies growth opportunities and emerging market needs.
  • Supports marketing initiatives and product promotions.
  • Contributes to the successful launch of new products in the market.
  • Gathers and reports customer feedback to improve offerings and positioning.

D. Sales Coordination

  • Prepares quotations, tenders, and supporting documentation.
  • Tracks submitted offers and maintains proper follow-up until closure.
  • Coordinates with logistics and operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery execution.
  • Monitors project timelines and delivery status.
  • Maintains CRM/SAP data accuracy and generates the monthly offers register in line with ISO requirements.
  • Provides updated pipeline and reporting support to the sales team.

E. Customer Support

  • Maintains professional and responsive communication with customers.
  • Addresses inquiries promptly and escalates complex matters when necessary.
  • Supports after-sales activities to ensure project continuity and satisfaction.
  • Strengthens customer relationships through proactive follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Familiarity with CRM/SAP systems is an advantage
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an asset

Job Experience

3–5 years of experience in a technical sales support or coordination role

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
