Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS solutions in commercial, industrial, or residential buildings. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that BMS projects meet technical specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.

• Follow-up with sales engineer on materials delivery to project site and required materials.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures and regulations.
• Keep records of project plan and update it monthly based on the actual
• Maintain continual communications with all personnel assigned on the project.
• Produce as-built drawings and O & M manual.
• Perform training to client upon hand over. 

• Knowledge of Schneider electric DDC controllers (BACnet IP, MSTP, Modbus, Mbus protocols), IO modules, automation servers and BMS related field devices selection.
• Knowledge of other low current systems is plus. 
• Technical skills and knowledge of electrical equipment, engineering principles, industry-specific software and BMS installation processes.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience.

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent
