Gazzaoui management team came together for a vibrant 3-day workshop at Terrebrune, Faqra. The retreat was all about reviewing our portfolio, aligning on strategy, and setting the stage for the future.

Our CEO, John Fawaz, kicked things off with an inspiring talk that laid out Gazzaoui’s long-term vision. He highlighted our commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, and encouraged everyone to work together toward our shared goals.

The workshop brought together leaders from across our markets:

• Marc Charabati (Lebanon) gave a deep dive into UPS systems and Ledvance solutions, focusing on growth opportunities in Lebanon.
• Maher El Jamal (Qatar) walked us through key trends in the Oil & Gas sector, and how Gazzaoui is positioning itself in the region.

The workshop also featured a series of focused sessions highlighting the latest developments across Gazzaoui’s Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems & Automation portfolios, with a special emphasis on how smart technologies are shaping the future of the industry.

The program also included an interactive marketing session showcasing BTicino’s “Living Now” and “Light Now” product ranges, offering participants insight into the strategies driving the successful positioning of these solutions in the market.
